This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes the data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the date and time, the requested URL, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

Vercel may process this data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, and on Vercel’s data processing agreement.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

4. Fonts

The fonts on this website are served from our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider.

5. Contacting us

If you email us, we process your address and your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them once the conversation is over, unless we are required to keep them.

6. Newsletter

If you sign up for dev updates by email, we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) to send them. Brevo processes your data in the European Union under a data processing agreement with us.

We process your email address, the time of your sign-up, and the time and IP address of your confirmation, so that we can prove your consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sign-up uses double opt-in: you are only added after you click the link in the confirmation email. We do not track whether you open our emails or click their links.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We then delete your address from the list, except for what we must keep to prove that you once consented.

7. Links to other websites

This website may link to Steam and to social networks. No data is sent to them until you follow such a link. From then on, the privacy policy of that website applies.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
• have it rectified (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17),
• restrict its processing (Art. 18),
• receive it in a portable format (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
